About BizPinPro

Built here. Built by someone
who knows the work.

BizPinPro is not an agency. It is one person, based in Dublin, Virginia, with a career spent in systems design and inside real working businesses — building and managing the digital presence of small businesses across the New River Valley.

Dwayne, Founder, BizPinPro

A lifelong Southwest Virginia resident.

My name is Dwayne Weaver. I started working at 13 and have spent the bulk of my career in this region. I live and work in Dublin, in the heart of the New River Valley — the same towns, the same roads, the same economy as the businesses I build for. This is not a remote agency that found you on a list.

When I walk into a shop in Pulaski or Christiansburg, I am not selling something abstract. I am talking to a neighbor about how customers who are already searching for them actually find them — or don't.

Twenty years inside a working industry.

For over twenty years I worked in trucking — not from the outside looking in, but from inside the cab and inside the back office of a 300-truck refrigerated carrier. I drove in every kind of weather this country can produce, then moved into operations: recruiting drivers, working in safety and compliance, and eventually managing that carrier's entire digital presence.

That last job is where I first saw the problem BizPinPro exists to solve — and it is not a trucking problem. It is a small business problem.

A 30-person office with nobody watching the front door.

Good people doing hard work. But nobody had time to manage the digital presence. The Google Business Profile was neglected. The website was outdated. They were focused on doing the actual work, which is exactly what they should have been focused on.

Every small business has the same front door now. Customers look you up before they ever pick up the phone. If what they find looks like it has not been touched in a decade, they move on to the next name in the results. You are losing business before the first conversation happens.

If a 30-person office could not find the time, a shop with two people at the counter has no chance of keeping up on their own. That is true for an auto shop in Fairlawn, a groomer in Dublin, a contractor in Radford — any business whose real job is the work itself.

Systems design long before it was called that.

Before trucking, I spent the 1990s and into the 2000s as a systems designer and database administrator. I understand how data flows, how systems are built, and how to make technology work for a business rather than against it. That background is not visible to most clients, but it is behind every site, every SEO decision, and every reporting system I build.

Web development companies are so concerned with the look and feel of their client's site. They create it and move on and never think about the underpinnings, making sure that it is presented properly to the search engines and now to Artificial Intelligence. If the foundation isn't solid, search engines ignore you, and the paint job doesn't matter.

BizPinPro is not a template service. Every client gets something built specifically for their business, maintained consistently, and reported on in plain language every month.

One contact. Everything managed. No surprises.

BizPinPro is based in Dublin, Virginia, serving small businesses across the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia — contractors, shops, salons, churches, and local services. My trucking background still opens the door to carriers and contractors nationwide, but home is here, and so is the focus.

This is a managed service, not a DIY tool and not an agency with a team of account managers passing your account around. You have one contact, one invoice, and a person who actually knows your business.

A note on the name: BizPinPro was previously operated under the name Guru Crew Consulting. The business, its focus, and its founder are the same. The name changed to better reflect what we actually do.
