Every website built and managed by BizPinPro is held to the following standards. These are not aspirational. They are the checklist we run before any site goes live and the baseline we maintain for every site under active management.
We publish these because we believe a business hiring someone to manage their digital presence deserves to know exactly what they are getting. Very few agencies are willing to be measured against anything specific. We are.
Every Page Is Built For Search Engines And People Equally
Every page on every BizPinPro site has a unique title and a unique meta description. Generic titles and blank descriptions are a failure, not a default. Every page has a canonical URL configured correctly so search engines know which version of the page to index. Every page includes structured data in Schema.org format so search engines understand exactly what the business is, where it operates, and what it offers. Sitemaps are generated automatically and submitted to Google Search Console at launch.
Accessibility Is Not Optional
Every BizPinPro site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. This is the accessibility level that legal standards reference. Every public page passes automated accessibility testing before launch and is manually reviewed to ensure keyboard navigation works correctly, screen readers can interpret the content, and color contrast meets minimum requirements. Forms are built with proper labels and error handling. Every image has descriptive alt text.
This is not a checkbox. It is a build requirement.
Security Is Built In, Not Bolted On
Contact forms on every BizPinPro site include CSRF protection, honeypot fields, rate limiting, and input sanitization. HTTPS is enforced. Directory browsing is disabled. Sensitive files are blocked from public access. Security headers are configured on every site. These protections are implemented at build time, not added later when something goes wrong.
Performance Is A Requirement
Images are optimized before deployment. Browser caching is configured. Compression is enabled. No page builder bloat, no plugin overhead, no third party scripts loading without a specific reason. Every site is custom built which means nothing is included that does not need to be there.
Monitoring Does Not Stop At Launch
Every BizPinPro site is added to SitePulse after launch, a custom built uptime monitoring system developed and operated by BizPinPro. When a site goes down, we find out first. Not the client. Not a customer who tried to visit and got nothing. Us. That is what active management means.
Sites with a database backend are covered by rolling backups. If something goes wrong, there is always a clean restore point to return to.
You Own Everything That Matters
Your domain is registered in your name with you as the primary contact. Your site files belong to you. BizPinPro does not build on proprietary platforms or structure agreements to make leaving more expensive than staying.
Domain registration and hosting are managed through BizPinPro infrastructure on your behalf. This means you are not dependent on a third party platform or a vendor who can pull the rug out from under you. It also means those assets are actively managed rather than sitting unattended in an account nobody is watching.
Domain renewal dates are tracked and you will receive consistent advance notice before any registration expires. You will never find out your domain lapsed because nobody told you it was coming due.
If you ever move on, your domain transfers to you and your site files go with you. Nothing is held hostage and nothing disappears when the relationship ends.
What you will never have with BizPinPro is a website that exists only inside a platform you do not control, or a domain that lapses because nobody was watching the calendar.
No Templates. No Page Builders. No Exceptions.
Every BizPinPro site is written in custom PHP. No WordPress. No Elementor. No GoHighLevel. No template dropped in with your name swapped over someone else's structure. The site is built for your business specifically, which means the structure, the content organization, and the technical foundation reflect how your business actually works.
What We Check Before Every Launch
No placeholder text anywhere on the site. Every phone number, address, and email verified with the client. Schema.org output validated against Google's own testing tools. Accessibility verified with automated tools and manual review. Contact form tested end to end. Admin system tested including rate limiting and password recovery. Monitoring configured and confirmed active.
The site does not go live until every item on that list is done.
What These Standards Do Not Promise
Building to these standards establishes a proper Digital Foundation. It means your site is structurally sound, technically correct, accessible, secure, and configured to be understood by search engines. That foundation is what everything else is built on.
It does not guarantee first page rankings on Google. Anyone who makes that promise is either playing tricks with the system or telling you what you want to hear. Short term schemes that game search algorithms exist. They also tend to collapse, sometimes taking years of legitimate work down with them.
Ranking on search engines is not a trick. It is a result. It comes from doing more things correctly, more consistently, than your competitors are doing them. The foundation we build gives you the best possible platform to compete from. What you do with it, the content you create, the reviews you earn, the presence you maintain over time, is what determines where you land.
We build the foundation. We maintain it. The rest is earned.
These are our standards. Judge us by them.
